Portland Oregon Lexus dealer advisor rec needed

Hello. Can anyone recommend a service advisor and technician/mechanic that is most knowledgeable with the 200 series at Kuni Lexus of Portland?

I've used Ryan Lenz - service advisor - before. He seemed knowledgeable. Didn't meet the tech that did the recall work. But they did mess up my recirc door checking the cabin air filter.

Horrible experience with them. Presently trying to work through corporate because of their level of incompetence and disinterest.

So far, corporate’s advice was worthless. Basically, “keep working with them.”
