arcteryx- Edwin posted the below, I made it into a poll for him so that answers can be easier to view/parse. This poll will end in 4 days.

so it looks like we might have two places to choose from. it's still up in the air but we could be a day away from striking a deal.
i am going to post both places. please post on which place you would like to see us in.

9618 Beck Cir
Austin, Texas
this place is 4000sf and has a nice size yard on the side. but we don't know for sure if we will get it in the lease. also i don't think we will be able to move in for a month or two (i want to get this move over with ASAP). also no paint booth.
this place is on a side rd in the back off of Rutland. about 2 mile north of the current shop.

13501 US-183, Austin, TX 78750 (the old B&M transmission shop)
this place is 4500sf has about 16 parking spots in front and more in the back. so i would say agood size yard. this place might be ready to move in next week. this place has a paint booth on the premise that we can use. its also on the feeder rd. of 183.
but it is around 7 mile north of the current shop.

if ya'll can please look them up and let know. like i have seed before. i want to get somewhere we can offer more then what we do now and have the room to do so.

i hope to get this all wrapped up this coming mid week (Monday - Wednesday) so i can post address of our new place and get started on the move.

As Edwin's Realtor.... I won't cast a vote... either place would be a great home. We have a lot of work to do this week to firm up a deal.

no only one of them will he get a good pay check. the other one he did find and set up the showing. but the prop owner ended up being a cruiser guy (2 fj-40's) and i went behind his broker. so i'll pay mark out of my pocket.
Mark has worked his ass off in trying to help us find a place.
i know what place i want to go to but will see.

My vote is in!

I voted. The 183 location is quite near work (McNeil & 183). Looks like this is the clear winner thus far as well.

Paint booth: hmm

although the 183 location is further from me, it does seem to be the most ideal set up for a shop.

Whichever one has the restroom in it, I'll vote for.
