I'm picking up an LX on Friday and I'll throw up some more info on that later this week. If someone could help me find more info on this particular beast I found on Instagram I'd really appreciate it. This is the exact direction I want to take my LX build and have about 7.5k for mods so i think I will be able to pull it off. If anyone has any details about this LX, knows the owner, or has more pictures it'd really be appreciated.

That's Sonk76 .. I've seen it in person - it is way bigger and way more awesome than that picture reveals
He has done a boat load of mods to that rig and specifically to the AHC which may be next to impossible to comprehend or duplicate
Congrats on the new ride - with that budget you could certainly come close to making one similar to it
Slee rear bumper - $2600
Slee sliders - $900
ARB bull bar - $1325 w/ light kit
Freight ~ $450
You're looking at ~ $5500 for just parts. And that doesn't include doing anything to the suspension. You don't mention anything about the age/condition of the AHC in your LX, but it's not unreasonable to assume that you'll need to do something with the AHC sooner rather than later, especially if you're running all of that armor. If you go with an OME lift from Slee, you're looking at another $1800 + labor.
If you were to do everything including a lifted suspension setup, you're looking at pretty close to $7000 - $7500 just in parts. And there's easily $2500 worth of labor to get all of that stuff installed, if you're not going to do it yourself.

Wow, that added up fast. These rigs are a pricey obsession.
In addition to the above add:
Rear springs
Front torsion bars
Upper control arms
Winch!
Etc, etc
Start with the essentials and gradually add - try not to slap it together, instead enjoy the build.
If you added a roof rack, winch, and on-board air, you could easily be writing a check for $10k just for parts and $13k+ if you wanted it all installed.
After you add in all the cost above the tires are cheap
