revs high then will shift to 3rd. sometimes second but it’s slipping basically no drive 3rd seems okay but the kickdown will send her back to 1st had a bit of tc shutter before all of this I’ve replaced shift solenoids from a 80 series 442 still same issues when going from L to 2nd it will pull high rpm then goes straight to slipping sometimes just stays in L please whoever helps me with this I’ll post you a box of beer 110% before I just turn myself into a mad alcoholic repeating 99% of the s*** everyday cheers mates

second slips. Or not existent.. I have a442f out of a 80 series what’s the go with putting that behind a 1hdfte considering there’s no kick down cable? Or is that out of the question someone please help me out here free beer or whatever you drink is always a good thing 😂🤙

Both the A442F and A343F use the throttle cable to control shift pressure. I've never investigated whether it's "needed" for strictly off-road use, but you do need it for paved roads. The A440F may be a better choice for you, but I've no experience with the diesel engine drivetrain at all, so that's entirely a SWAG.
