Plate under Belts Stock? (1 Viewer)

So when poking around under my 96 the other day my buddy noted that mine does not have the same steel plate mounted below the front of the engine below the belts protecting them like his 96 has. I can't find a diagram showing this plate to get a part number to track one down and I've searched a bunch under various term combos to no avail. Any ideas of if that plate is stock and if so where to track one down? Thanks very much!

Is there a lower engine cover for the fzj?

I was surfing around and found this page: Suspension crossmember & under cover. Fits: 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser 4000CC | LaGrange OEM Toyota Parts Part #51441 Does anyone have that installed on their truck? Mine doesn't have one. Trying to figure out what it looks like? Thanks
