How would you guys go about repairing the brittle plastic on this shifter box and other interior plastic trim?

Have not yet completed it yet, but seems like a nice alternative. I tried 3d printing new plastic but it was a pain
Improved Automatic Tranny Shift Gate
I wanted to share one of the little projects I completed on my wife's FJ62 while we're working on it. The standard automatic shifter has the funky plastic gates that seem to break. Toyota doesn't make them anymore. Looks pretty ghetto. I don't like the plastic gates, so I'll try another...

If you are repairing cracks or have the broken pieces, I have had good luck with cyanoacrylate (crazy glue) and baking soda to reinforce and bridge gaps.
