Do you happen to have a wider shot of this pic so i can reference where exactly the fitting sits? If you have that parts list, i'd definitely appreciate it.

Sure ill post that up later tonight! Just to clarify ARB changed the design of the bulkhead a few years back( spressomon has the older design) , the male part that fits into the bulkhead (part screwed into the differential) has a special design that is hard to find

I converted all my fittings to -3an fitting and stainless steel line.

The front diff fitting should mount on the flat spot on the front cover as shown in the ARB install guide. Since its IFS and has skid etc there's not much worry of snagging on things. That said, we stock and generally recomend the stainless lines, as they are more resistant to abrasion and heat.

Here's my solution in a wider view

Front cover, that's what I was thinking, my ARB must have been installed correctly then when JT's did it! It is an easy straight run when done the way ARB recommends. I could see where the installer would find it easier to rout through the steel case vs. the aluminum cover though.

Nice to know. Thanks. The only problem i have now is trying to get the front diff and 3rd member packaged. I thought it would fit into a 5 gallon bucket, but it turns out that both pieces are a bit too long. What did you guys do?

Ha easier yes.... I told my installer I wanted it this way. I wanted it more protected and less accessible

Go to Costco and see if they have any large freight boxes. The boxes that hold cases of wine and beer are very strong. They should be free.

So I got my parts back from slee. I have only one question. There is this one part he sent me... Can anyone tell me what it is?

It was in the box with the old parts. It wasnt packaged new so I am guessing it is an old part. I just wanted to be sure as putting this together isn't like putting ikea furniture together where extra parts are the norm.
