Thank you. The fixed antenna is for the WeBoost a cell phone signal enhancer. When we had the short 4" magnetic mount on my wife's RAV we would get a really strong cell signal on parts of our drive to CA, without it we would have spotty service and loose signal strength resulting in stoppages of music or podcasts.
