Looking to change things up a little So I have a nice clean good running pinzgauer with massachusetts title everything works as it should all lockers lights etc. I have replaced the rub rails with steel C channel. It has etrack in the back and 12 seat belts for the etrack has a heavy duty rear trailer hitch reciever with built in steps and T-Los hub steps. Good Rubber. It has the upgraded LED Headlights. Included but not install is the civilian ignition conversion with petronix as well as a set of the newer style seat bottoms. Has 20,000 km on the clock. Soft top is in good condition does not leak any fluids vehicle has been well maintained. Vehicle orignally came from Stauffers. I would not hesitate to drive this anywhere. I'm willing to drive it within 100 miles for delivery provided you give me a return ride and cover gas It is driven regularily and have driven over an hour to a couple of all day(6+ hours of driving) off road trail riding events. This is one of the most capable off road vehicles ever made front and rear lockers(all 6 wheels lock) all done on the fly just by pulling a ha hand lever and 2 speed transfer case for low speed crawling. Swiss military vehicle seats up to 14 2205 lb payload capacity rear seats fold down to make a flat bed in the back.
First $16800 takes it.

Puts a hummer to shame This video shows its capabilities not my pinzgauer but you get the point:

I drove around in one of these for my bachelor party up in NH. They really do go over anything. The guy driving abused the rig and it took everything thrown at it. Good Luck. If I had the extra cash I'd pick it up.

Wow. Few questions about these. I am not very familiar with them.
1. First, any more photos of the interior? Very curious about the cab and the back area. Is the cab open to the back area or is the cab enclosed?
2. I watched one video and saw both a 6 wheeler like this (presumably yours) and also a 4 wheeler. Is the 6 wheeler longer? Or just has extra wheels?
3. Approximately, what is the overall length and height of this? Hard to gauge from the photos
4. Is this diesel?
5. 24V or 12V?
6. I know this is a truck and not lexus. but curious what a reasonable speed this can cruise on the highway?
thanks

1. its open with a soft divide and metal cage with pass through. Send me an email and I can send you some picture.
2. The 6 wheeler is about 3 feet longer with the extra set of wheels.
3. Its about the size of Crew cab short bed fullsize truck but 10x mor capable stock.
4. it is powere by an aircooled gasoline engine.
5. it is 24V.
6. It will cruise on the highway at 60 no problem at 62 the pm light comes on.

If this could be a DD I'd be interested.

Its reliable enough to be a DD just not a luxorious interior. When I took 2 weeks off this summer to build my porch I drove it everyday picked up my lumber with it etc. Right now I drive it 2 to 3 times a week taking the kids to soccer etc. Its kind of like a 40 in that respect it is a utilitarian vehicle. Theres a guy in NH who DD his 712.

Cool rig. Out of curiosity what highway MPG does she get, 10-15?

About 12-14.

Here are some more pics for size comparison and what the interior is like for those who asked.

Wow. what a beauty!!! I have been flirting with the pinz for a while. i am always worried about servicing and fixing it. do you do it yourself? I live in NY close to the CT border and dont really know a mechanic around here that could deal with it.

Will think about it. would love to get it.

Just wanted to add my 2 cents regarding Pinzies as DDs in general...

ABSOLUTELY!

The pic below is of my 710K which I drive to/from work daily and play in offroad on the weekends. It's reliable, consistent and virtually unstoppable. :D

OP, That's a nice looking 712! I had a 710 that I bought about 4 days before 9/11 when I lived in Columbus, GA. I got pulled over so many times by over zealous local police and hwy patrol, that I parked it for about 6 months. It was a great hunting truck and generally a lot of fun to drive. The guys on Ft. Benning loved it when I drove it to shoot at the range with them :-)

That's a pretty good price for a good looking Pinz ...

Servicing and working on it is easy. It was designed so an 18 year old kid could work on it in the field. I've done the clutch on it( last year when I first got it) and it was about a 2 hour job and I had never done a clutch before. Very detailed instruction/ service/repair manual. Not much goes wrong with it though. There's also a forum with a lot of knowledgeable and helpful member just like just for these vehicles. There is a couple of these in westchester county NY

I've been wanting one of these things bad and the wife likes them too. Unfortunately I don't I have the cash to take this off your hands so I wish you the very best luck with your sale instead.

My suggestion however, sell the dodge instead!

I was thinking Pinz before I bought my 80. It would have been a dedicated hunting fishing rig, the only thing I thought was a negative was the hwy speed. Much better than a Mog but still 70 was about the limit and I make some long trips. They are awesome, what is the tow capacity?
