Yea. 75 and up but they were on the flat part of the fender not there.

yeah, that's the thing, I knew the square was a thing on later models, but as far as i knew 68 was the only year mounted in that spot, and they were round/oval.

Seen it. That thing has rust in places I haven’t seen. Be careful when you open the hood as the cowl area where the hood hinge attaches is MIA. Roof rust through as well. Truck does have a/c, or some of the parts for a/c if I remember correctly. Dude that owned it was strange to say the least. Was he able to produce the title?
