I bought it from the original owner, only 49k original miles. It was a word of mouth sale, never advertised. Friend of a friend. The PO was a geologist and worked in the oil industry. He went to Africa multiple times and saw they used cruisers. Came back and bought it, took it to west texas a few times but otherwise didn't use it. It sat for years. He's the millionaire next door if you will. Drives a 99 suburban. He has a 12k mile testarossa in his garage. You'd never guess by looking at him though. Very humble.
Anyway, in 72 they didn't have ac and being in Texas... he had it installed. It's one of those that goes on top of semi trucks. Still works too albeit it's out of freon.

I am not sure, never checked. I am guessing no. Compressor spins and rooftop blows.
