I jammed that rock in there early in the day. Folks would look at the pig on the trail with a puzzled look on their faces, then start to laugh when they saw the big ass rock jammed in the back. It took a strap and another truck to yank it out of there.

So what do you think of her now that you've wheeled the Pig? Mine still surprises me with what it can do almost every time we're out.

It ain't an 80, and I don't think I have the money to even come close for an all around vehicle. I think it has the potential to become a far more bad ass wheelin rig, but it would lose a lot of pig-ness in the process, and become un-drivable to the trailhead. It's nearly that now for long drives.

It's pretty damn cool though. It's fun as hell to drive and funner to wheel. It's cool to see one on the trail, but it's cooler to be the only one on the trail.

It is far skinnier than the 80. I ran through a ton of stuff an never touched a panel. Those times I did bang one, I was just goin' for it where I might have bypassed the 80.

The doubler makes the experience. It is a blast to creep up hills, and even more fun creeping down them with no brakes. Neutral on an auto for downhill? one of the dumber things I have ever read. "racing" Woody with his 700R4/D300 4:1 on 37s at 2000 RPM the pig was neck and neck with a TH400/NP203GRB/3speed on 35s.

Needs a roll bar. Gonna make a half in- half out cage for it. I don't like exos, I don't want to be wider, but I do want roofline tree sliders.

Welded rear is happenin' this week. I might hold off on a front Aussie until I see how well it does. I don't need to be breakin parts every time out.

NEEDS better seats. Benches are cool, but not for 2 hour drives.

Kewlness rules. Yeah, pigs are pretty narrow and that makes all the diference pretty often.

The bucket seats and bracket from Iron Pig Offroad are pretty nice and are almost bolt in. I haven't installed mine yet, just set it up on the floor and set for a while. Very comfy.

Definitely post up cage pics as you build it. I know I want one but can't decide what to do about it.
