Looks like it would require more cutting to fit since its squared. I did zero cutting and just threw it in. Doesn't fit perfect, but nice for me with a slight overlap on the side panels. Put it to the test with the rainy and muddy conditions at HIH. It held up well and didn't get a spot on the carpet underneath.

I pulled out my third row seats and got the WeatherTech floor liner for my 02 LX. Not great photos, but figured it may help a little.

I'm thinking of this one that has 3rd row cut outs:

It's toyota part PTS07-60030 and is a Lund CatchAll Xtreme mat.

I tried the universal cut one from Amazon noted above and while after trimmed it fits well, it's pretty thin and slick so stuff slides around easily. I'm looking for a thicker material and doesn't have a raised lip and I'm hoping the one above fits the bill.
