why did you go lower rear springs?

Waggoner has a beaut of an 80 . I plan to copy his approach ... I believe he went with 850J/863 coils because they provide a nice lift AND a level attitude .

"I got it all except for the "QT" and the first "BS" "

You have to watch Good Morning Vietnam ... ;)

315/70R17 which is almost 35". The truck has 3" J springs in front, standard 2" in rear.

New wheels look good, Gary. Tundra? Still running a spacer, then?

Arctics usually run 38's .. or 44's .

Junks junk , I thought , ran 36" Swampers on the trail ...

PS : This is my poser 80 with 2.5" OME lift and 35" booties

Whats hard to tell in that pic , is I am not only flexing over a micro-crack in the asphault , but am also up on a yellow line  80's rock mannnn

Thanx Carl ! I plan to follow the suspension of Gary , but run 10" wheels similar to yours but with the round holes . I think they're 16x10 Rockcrawler Series 97's . But nothing can go ahead until I can find a space to work on my roof rack . :-(

Better an LC with running boards than a Jeep with sliders.

You mean the moonglow Carl ? Hope they look good .. I'm pretty stoked to put this in motion . Gives me a nice objective for spring . It was great to get definative measurements for the lift from Gary (because he also has no aftermarket weight ; aka bumpers ) , and the look of your black steelies put it all over the top !

I'll take any chance to show off my truck!! Have many - many more where this came from. Location Sand lake Oregon. Was out doing a little dune jumping and stoped for a photo op!!
