Hey Guys! Just FYI:
Several months ago we added another process to our coils spring manufacturing here in Australia.

It is a Phosphate Pre-Treatment that offers some excellent advantages against corrosion.

The phosphate is able to negate the problems that arise from salt that is laid on the road in some regions and the salty environments that are found close to the ocean.

That looks interesting. Is it a fairly in-depth process? It'd be great if bare steel can be treated before being painted to add some extra corrosion resistance.
