Philippine 45 build #2?

Almost done with Wilbur ( https://forum.ih8mud.com/fj45-owners-club/599736-philippines-45-build.html ) and looking for a new toy to dump money into I cam upon this truck through a friend. Haven't been in person yet but I wanted to get ya'lls feelings on it. Not sure of the year, but its got a nonrunning B diesel, semifloat rear end, and the need for alot of body work lol. I'm thinking something a little less extreme than I did with Wilbur. So heres the canidate.

What is the bracket on the top front corner of each door?
