Clutchee
I'm fun sized!
First off I need to say thanks to all who have post on this. I read & researched all of these preparing for it....one post I read said it the best-pliers & lots of cus words-LOTS,LOTS!!
After removing the left front wheel I finally realized the PHH clamps were all positioned to the back of the hose (near the fire wall). After much thought & explatives I tore the cotter pin clamp off then came the real fun, getting the spring clamp off. I finally used a looong pry bar to move the clamp to the bottom so I can try to unpry it open. Success, then using the Silicone hose I replaced the PHH.
I know most people call this a easy job but due to my hose being so bloated & soft it was truly a pain... my right forearm is raw from rubbing on the inner fender.
To all who read if you have not changed the PHH-DO IT NOW!!!
Think of this, the end the hose attaches to the engine block, do you really want a hose to fail thats a open door for coolant to leave.... CHANGE THE HOSE NOW!!!
