No market for them. Neither engine is designed for "performance", I'm sure you know an engine is simply an air pump, air in = air out. Without the ability to increase intake volume (and subsequent fuel), air out = headers are nothing more than expensive jewelry.
Considering one can't manipulate the ECU to manage more fuel/air intake, worrying about exhaust flow is mute. Mr. T designed his powerplants such that they can't be manipulated as easy as other manufacturers have and nobody in the industry has decided it's marketable enough to invest the time/resources to hack the system.
Most of us agree that the FJC has plenty of power to destroy the rear diff, pop front CV's and get the job done in a "stock" powerplant. Without upgrading the whole drivetrain, more HP/torque will only put more $$$ in repairs. Personally, I'd rather spend that $$$ on expeditions/trips/adventures, knowing the stock powerplant takes me pretty much anywhere I want to go...
