Listing here before eBay or BaT so feedback is welcome!
I will try to over communicate so pardon the long description.
Some background, I rescued this cruiser from sitting with a lost title and a uncertain future. Took me several months but I have a clear CA title. I’m technically the second registered owner, although it’s been passed between three buddies (but never licensed or driven much as in between)
Originally a California vehicle, then brought here to Colorado, no cancer, frame looks beautiful. Only rust is surface where paint is missing (see pics)
It had been parked for several years and has received the following to get it back driving again but I would still consider it an ongoing project.

Engine oil change/ flush, multiple changes to make sure any accumulated moisture/old oil was removed
New windshield with new rubber
Valve cover gasket
Water pump, thermostat (aisin) lower t stat housing (oem)
Intake elbow
Air filter
All belts, both tensioners
Alternator (Napa reman)
Transmission filter
Fuel gauge sending unit
Fuel filler neck
Drivers window motor
Windshield washer pump and reservoir (oem)
Antenna mast (oem)
AC recharged with r12a
Rear window struts replaced
All other fluids topped off

Runs great, fires right up, sometimes I get a puff of smoke on startup and some occasionally when warning up (Smells like oil to me) may indicate valve seals headed out? Added some seal conditioner on last oil change to see if it helps.
I was told the transmission was replaced right before it was parked.
Passenger window stuck up. Drivers window goes up and down well but sometimes needs guided back into track.
Rear windows work ok (slow)
Tires have great tread, but are badly weather checked.
I get a shimmy in the steering wheel around 40 mph but it drives very smooth at 60. Not sure if this is tires or worn steering components.
Instrument panel is cracked in several places.
I think the steering box is leaking, and I’m sure there’s other leaks but none that seem pressing at the moment. New owner will need to prioritize what they want to repair.
Asking 15k but pricing feedback is welcome
