Passenger side video screen after Entune update (1 Viewer)

The rear DVD system in my 2016 LC is not working right. It has worked great for years prior to what I think was an Entune software update. Issue is the drivers side screen works fine, but passenger side doesn’t display any video. It DOES show the DVD controls and time counters etc, source selection, but no actual content. Any ideas? Behavior is the same if source is DVD or Rear HDMI.
