Sniper, if you read this can you PM me, your mail box is full.

I am in need of door bushings.

Thanks, Matt

I am taking care of Mark this week. I will have the Pas side inner corner available and both side inner flats. Also plan on cutting the truck apart finally in the next couple of weeks so I will have a list of useable sheet metal available soon.

And put me on the list for a toyopet handle!

I am looking for the assembly that holds the spare tire inside the cruiser... with the backing plate, stud, giant wing nut etc.

Also need a drivers side rear seat folding lever thingy pictured in another thread

BMAN- is that an fj45lv or what that you are cutting?

If you are cutting up a wagon, I could be interested in the rear quarter panels if they are good, and if no one else already has dibs on them. Let me know.
Also, does that truck still have the door strikers on it? I am in need of a new striker for my drivers door (feb '65 if it makes a difference).
Thanks for any info,
Abe

Jam! SInce I hadn't heard from you, I thought maybe you didn't have one, and had just given up on coming up to see my truck. Incidentally, if you want to come up and search through my truck without the striker, feel free. My truck has a rear heater in it, much like your last photos. Also, mine has the original jack in the little jack holder under the seat still. So, you mibht be able to learn a few things about it. I know I could learn a bunch about my truck if you were to look it over and compare what it has versus what all of yours have. Just let me know.
Abe
Incidentally, I can drive the truck, so I could theoretically meet you, but its not currently licesned, so I am hesitant to drive it much.

Quarters are good but missing the fender lips. They're also kinda wavy from the fire but they're not smashed. The corners are however already spoken for. Not sure if they'll do ya any good but I'll take some pics and if you still want them we can work something out.

Still interested

The quarters sound rough, but if you don't mind the extra work, I would still like to see some pics. At some point, some P.O. of my 45lv crunched up the quarters on my truck. Then, they paid some body shop to weld in some sheet metal that was bent to fit the corners, etc... but, they don't have the three bent in groove-line things (don't know if they have an actual name). So, in the rear, I just have straight sheet metal that was welded in. Even if your quarters aren't worth putting into a resto, maybe I could use them as patterns to have some metal shop to cut some quarters up in the right shapes.

My 1/4's should actaually be pretty good for ya. Only the flats with ribs will be useable for ya but they're pretty straight from what I recall. They ribs have actually held that area rather straight. I'll get some pics up for ya. If you're interested then we'll talk.

Most importantly, the ream emblem that says"TOYOTA LAND CRUISER. a sticker would be cool, but the repro'd emblem would be a dream!

I have the real thing (even all the studs on the back are intact)! I'm not willing to part with it on a permanent basis but I could be persuaded to loan it out (to be reproduced so long as I get the original back) for certain favours in obtaining other parts that I need. Yes, it's blackmail again!

The following is a list of parts I need. Some other forum members have dibs on providing some of these if I can find what they need at the wreckers here.

- Vent window hardware (both sides) and passenger side vent window
- spare tire mount hardware
- speedo cable
- e-brake cable and ebrake hardware including backing plate (my backing plate is a little chewed up
- rear seat support brackets (for when seat is up)
- transfer and tranny shift boots
- front fender lights
- ignition switch with keys
- turn signal switch
- hardware for front cowl vent (mine stops at the two threaded rods that attach to the damper so I need from there out to the damper
- adjustable front seat hardware (I think the seat is right but the PO tossed the adjusting harware and made up a pipe framework that doesn't adjust)
- seat belts (did the '67 even have them?)
- air filter housing and associated piping
- front windsheild gasket (the stupid PO slit the gasket in half and siliconed the window in!! It was a good gasket too, not dried out or anything.)
- drivers side rear door latch (the one in the door).
- front passenger door rear glass bumpstop and mount (normally the mount is welded into the door by the way it looks on my truck).
- one inside door pull.
- fuel filler nozzle (not the rubber hose, just the metal part that takes the cap and the cap of course) for a locking door model filler door.

foxfab will be picking up all my door striker tabs (laser cut years ago) for 45 wagons (and I think 55's...). Sorry, I don't have time to send off a set here or there- it's all or nothing. Contact Michael...

I do have some of the "TOYOTA LAND CRUISER" decals for 45 wagons still. At this stage, if someone wants all of them PM me (me thinks there are 25 left).

Too bad everyone became infected with the 45 wagon but AFTER I left the parts business. 95% of the items I was working on or had in stock from 1997-2002. Things like Toyopet castings and front floor pans I had bids on or was ready to make, but no market existed.

every other part 45 wagon related is committed to Greg Riemer as he bought my project and lost all the little bits in his shop fire.

(brett, sh&%t, I had 6-8 of those spare tire carrier assemblies including a NOS mount which I tossed in the dumpster!)

cruiser guy,
I am trying to locate someone to reproduce the rear emblem still. I am not in that business so the search isn't the easiest for me but I am going to find one! Once I locate one, there are a couple of guys possibly willing to loan one out including you. But I can't even ask yet till I locate a reproduction source.

I hope someone beats me to it but I am hoping to find a source soon.
