Hey, I'm sorry for the trouble but there are a couple problems. I asked if the fuse box cover was brown and if it was how much to ship it, you replied with a quote. To me that meant that it WAS brown so I went ahead and sent you the money.

What you should have said was that it's NOT brown and that it's also broken. There is a piece snapped off it and that piece is not in the envelope it arrived in.

Also, you sent me the part that this guy wanted. If I had wanted the lock section with the key I would have indicated that. I want the actual latch mechanism housed inside the hatch and I indicated that by identifying as a part that bolts on to the hatch. The lock and rubber surround section have no bolts to speak of.

I realize I didn't identify the part as well as I should have which is my bad but its also why I asked if you needed more info. I could have easily taken a picture if there was confusion.

I don't want either of these items you sent me so let me know what the best course of action is.
