Part question - hood not level

I've been looking through SOR and still can't find the part I THINK I need - my FJ62 ('88) hood is not level and vibrating on one side. There are two bolts that I assume are adjustable on the front/bottom and what look like two rubber bumpers on the front/top part of the hood. My rubber bumpers are decimated and one has wrapped itself around one of the bolts - what is that part # or where can I order replacements? Or let's start with an more basic question: What are those things called?

easy hood bumper rubber fix.... the rubber end tips off a walker (for old people). there are a few different sizes so take a bolt.
