Can anyone confirm that these are the gaskets I'll need to replace when removing and reinstalling the intake manifold top/bottom on my 1994 80 series?

I was doing a rear heater delete (kit from Wit's End), which led to a heater valve and hose replacement, and I was about to do a PHH, and it all snowballed into more... Of course it did. Having the heater valve and hoses out makes it a perfect time to access the leaky valve cover gasket and spark plug seals, and I'm right there at the fuel filter, and why not also do a PAIR and EGR delete too, since I'm in there. Oh boy...

Why do that? There is no significant benefit. In addition if the vehicle ever needs to get an emissions test in the future, it will fail the visual automatically.

They don't do a visual in my state for vehicles that old.

I was thinking that EGR delete would benefit me by removing that very hot pipe from near my wiring harness, and remove several components that clutter the engine bay. I suppose just jumping the ECU side of the plug and looping vacuum lines would achieve disabling it, but then I still have all of the components hanging off the intake/engine.

Removing PAIR would allow me to relocate my O2 sensors to the exhaust manifold, and remove additional components.

I'm not getting any codes or having problems, so that's great for now. I have had to chase emission codes on prior vehicles. With so many vacuum hoses and connections, there are just a ton of places for vacuum leaks. Removing all of those hidden components while the top of the intake plenum is off seems like a great time to get to everything.

I also plan to remove the throttle body cooling lines. This is a trail rig, and won't be used in winter weather where freezing is likely.

I don't know, maybe I'll leave the EGR and PAIR intact.

If you do choose to remove any of that, do hang onto it. You will want it if you ever move to an area that requires that stuff. It will also be easier to sell if those components come with it.

Well, I ordered those parts. Fingers crossed they're the correct ones.

After further consideration I opted for the HuddExpo 1993-1994 FJ80 EGR Temp Sensor Test Plug Kit. It seems easily reversible and maintains the visual aspects of a stock engine for a casual observer.

I'm still planning to eliminate the throttle body cooling setup. Just waiting for clsmps.

I'm on the fence about the PAIR removal. I want to relocate my O2 sensors to the exhaust manifolds, but at the moment they're working fine. I may just hold on to this project until I have issues with the underlying system.

Closing the loop to confirm that these were the correct part numbers for the intake plenum gaskets.

Typing this out in case the image above gets lost.
