Hey there. After a few -24 degree mornings, my parking brake decided to freeze up. I was just curious if anyone had any easy fixes or not. Right now I'm going to put a heat lamp on it to possibly melt the snow that maybe in the drum. Thanks.

That's probably your best bet. It may not even have water in it. The steel may just be stuck from the cold. Try to warm it up and see if she releases.
 
sometimes a hammer blow will loosen it up.
