I had the PPF installed on my fenders, hood and bumper -- the tech complained the whole day long how he hated the OEM parts -- too thick, he said -- better quality, i thought.

then, on the headlamps, there was a kit from weathertech -- the tech said they were "too thick" and gave up -- i returned the kit.

the second tech came out today and said the headlamps were "too complex" for a standard install.

tonight he is going to "buy the template" and try again tomorrow.

we'll see.

this stuff gets expensive --

Hasn't the 200 been out for at least 6 years now? In 2013 headlights have been updated but isn't the outer cover the same dimensions / shape as the '08?

X-Pel makes a pre-cut kit including headlamps. Not sure if you can get only the headlamp film.

weathertech buys their kit from x-pel -- they're the ones the installer said were too thick -- :(

Should work fine. I am running a full kit including headlights. You may need a different installer.

I was told that if you had HID the paint film can cause the headlights to over heat.... Not sure how true it is but something to think about
