This is the 3rd time i lit my CEL. P0116 coolant temperature sensor. Where is this sensor located at? (97LX450).

From my 97 LC manual, but will be the same for the 450...

Hummm looks like its above the oil filter.....do i need to drain the coolant to replace this? ( i just flushed and replaced the stuff too w/toyota red last Jan ... arrrgghhh....lol) Thanks for the info)

Yep, above the oil filter and you will need to drain some coolant from the system. Just drain into a clean bucket and you should be fine to reuse it.
