Wife and I, plus the kiddo, are planning on driving up Saturday. Hopefully get up there just before lunch and hang out for a couple hours.

I went Saturday. Not too bad. But winds were still bad. Spent most of my time around Metal Tech. Was a good time though.

Spent the day Saturday. Looked for Rudster but he was MIA.

I was there Thursday to Saturday. Saw some cool stuff and enjoyed the temps but got a little tired of the side by side camping with strangers. Some of them decided to have arguments with their spouse at 0300 or set their car alarms off at 0230. I like people but what happened to campsite etiquette? I guess to much alcohol removes common courtesy and then class and tact go out the window. LS motor performed the way I wanted it to. With the 2500# trailer in tow I still managed 75+ mph the entire trip up including every hill climb. Engine temps never went beyond 213. On the way home I learned that tall landcruiser and tall trailer + wind equal a fun ride. Definitely requires slowing down and full attention with the high crosswinds.
