I'm wondering if anyone else has a similar set-up as this? Pictured in the link below. I've got the exact Thule mounts and cross bars, I would like to discuss what others have done, if anything, to accomadate there needs. I would like to put a platform on top, as I've got a Thule cargo bag I used to use, before I removed the factory roof rack. Any simple platforms I can secure to my cross bars?

Here is a link that includes pictures of the clamps and load bars I have.

Thank you for your time.

Yeah, I have that. Drop me a line...

Hm, I would go with the next wider thule bars.

If you search my handle, you will see (I think) my ghetto rack build: 4 thule cross bars, a security screen door (home desperate) mounted on top to one side (35" wide I think). Gives me a 1/2 width platform, the other half is used for surfboards, paddle boards etc. Works great!

My Thule bars have been abused for years. Every year, I need to rotate them so that they don't get bent! For the most part, a Packasport sits on top, along with an awning. The Packasport is about to get replaced by a Autohome Columbus RTT, hopefully two bars will be enough. But, if not, I have a third one if needed.
