what length are the drawers? dimensions?

There are several options for drawers. Here is a spec sheet (instead of retyping it all and likely screwing something up).

Correct, the 1045's are the ones for the 80 series.

Barrier installed. Instructions could have used some pictures, but easy enough to use a few Mud threads to figure out what goes where. No more sleeping bags beaning my son in the back of the head during trips.

Not luck, I only packed very light items above the seat level. Happy to not worry now about anything coming forward on the trail.

The roller floor is what ARB calls the sliding top (fridge slide). It is available above the short drawer or a full sized drawer. It gets confusing because the standard "Roller Floor" includes the short drawer below. The "Drawer with Roller Floor" is essentially the same thing but with a taller bottom drawer. I hope that makes sense...

thanks but i was interested in seeing if i can extend the slide and use two sliding tops...the slim drawer with the extended arb slide on top of that! I have a small 37 qt fridge...which will be a max of 50lbs....

Not sure about that but I'm happy to check the ratings for the roller floor with ARB. My instinct is that it would be fine - it's all extremely heavy duty.

Thanks for posting these pictures. They're about the best I could find of the Outback system in an 80.

Can you tell me how far above (in inches or fractions) the top surface is above the bottom edge of the cubby storage lid there on the passenger side?

ARB1154 according to the page on Slee. I ordered mine from Cruiser Outfitters but I can't find the details from the order in my inbox now...

thanks for the help, but I think slee is incorrect, the roller top drawers should be RDRF1045 but they have it as ARB1176.
I think it's ARB80FK.
