Woo, that's a big biotch! He might not fit the smaller trails that well (if we take any) so he'd most likely end up with some noticeable scratches (black paint doesn't help). He'd be plenty capable though.

(It does have 33" Nitto terra grapplers and a lot more scratches now--he's not afraid to get it dirty. It usually stays dirty)

Doesn't sound like he is too concerned about scratches. If that is the case, he will be fine. There will more than likely be some tight spots...

Thank's for the responses fellows. I have given him fair warning. He will come with the understanding that he may have to turnaround or find an alternate (read: LEGAL) route if we encounter an obstacle too narrow to get his barge through. Anyone bringing a chainsaw to cut up trees that are downed/blocking the trail? Mr. Saxton.....??

That Tundra should be fine. I was planning to avoid the tight narrow trails that we usually hit due to the group size.

I will have a chainsaw, machete, shovel, etc. We'll get through it!

Well, some unfortunate news, as some of you may have seen on facebook, that my grandmother passed. Her funeral will be this Saturday so I will have to be out for this trail ride. Sorry guys!

I've got my route mostly finished. It's a route I've done in the past with a little section that I've not really explored (around the red routes)

I originally had the west portion included that stops at Forked Mountain (the green route), but that adds almost 30 extra miles to the trip. So, we are sticking to the blue and yellow route for the sake of time.

See you Saturday! Bring a rainsuit!

About how far is the meeting point from Hot Springs?

Trying to figure out the best way to get there.

About 40 miles. Looks like the best way might be Hwy 7 north towards the Village, to Hwy 5, then left on Hwy 9 before you get to Benton.
