I need to get part # 89073-60020 (ignition lock cylinder). The local dealer wants $180 and a ridiculous amount to instal and rekey, so I'm going to go the DIY route.

Can anyone recommend a legitimate website for genuine Toyota parts? I found it here but not sure if it's a legit place or not.

Thanks!

This is for a 1999 land cruiser btw, if that matters.

$180 is about what the ignition parts cost (can't buy just the link)...so if they'll do the job for $180 including parts then...

Thanks for the help!
I reached out to Cruiser Dan and it looks like I was looking at the wrong part. I've since discovered this thread:

@spressomon - your posts were very helpful there. Local dealer actually wants $197.82 for the part plus ??? for the labor.

I guess I just need to think about whether I feel up to the challenge of doing it myself or not now.

Camelback Toyota is legit. Service mgr is a MUD member and their online parts prices are great. Will ship 1 box free if over $150 (IIRC). Been buying from them (I'm local) for years. Great folks. CDAN and Beno good options, too, of course...
