Are you thinking of buying or selling?

I'm considering purchasing it; looking for advice from experts on anything that looks off/wrong, issues, etc. I'm still somewhat of a novice on FJ's so looking for advice.

So, repost on the 40 section, this is for selling only and you won't get any help here.

Looks fairly complete and stock. Might want to get some additional pics from inside the wheel wells to see if you can figure out the extent of the rust bubbles. Always a FL truck? Single owner? Any history? How does she run?

Previously a CA car, been in FL for 9 years. Runs well, waiting for a driving video (been raining a lot where the vehicle is currently located), but have a start video and it's a quick start with no choke needed or smoke.

Thanks for the response and feedback.

The front frame rails and molding in bottom of ambulance doors look like they have overspray on them?

Engine parts are more corroded than the body, non OEM hoses and clamps under the hood. I would at least want a closer look at it if I were buying. Especially for the price..

It is for sale, and this is my truck. No bondo, no filler. Repainted over 10 years ago, but otherwise pretty raw. Let me know if there are any questions.
FYI - $31,500 eBay and other sites
This is actually my truck. No bondo. Repainted over 10 years ago, but otherwise pretty raw. Not trying to hide anything. Accepting offers here! 1979 Toyota Land Cruiser | eBay

I don't know of this adds any value but this looks like a California emissions version. Which means that at least some components, e.g. emissions and power steering, are unique to this year and emissions version. I have same year with Cali emissions. I could be wrong but AC doesn't look factory. Outside of that this looks original inside and out.

I don't like the idea of buying from far away, and especially not Ebay where you can so easily be deceived. They can simply make a video of a superior rig saying it's the one for sale and send you a pos. For $31,500 I would never buy sight unseen. Or you can travel all the way over to where it is and then have someone else buy it out from under you after you have time and money invested in it. I guess what I am saying is buyer beware.
