Truck does have 5 owners. Any red flags based on this CarFax? Seems a little odd the first service was so long after purchase but few miles.

Truck is a 2006. Likely that the original owner kept it at a vacation/ski house in Aspen from new. If so, bet it was in a climate controlled garage. I wouldn’t worry about the time vs. mileage on service.
