The Ole 2f doesn't like the deep sand but so far has not missed a beat. Only real problem I have had so far is the excessive wandering. Will be fixed when I return.

This looks awesome. I bet I could talk mamma into something like this. Is it a week long event?

Yes it is. A little too cold for the water though. Lots of site seeing to do though.

Casualties of war

Johnny from onsc. Thinks he broke his t case input shaft. Was snatching out someone who was stuck on the beach.

Jeezzz, may be deceiving, but it looked like you all were trying to out run a hurricane.

He had to keep his speed up in order to make it over the dunes.

About 295 miles from home. Power steering pump trying to die on me. Might have 32" pythons by the time we get back.

Made it home about 8 pm. Truck quit idling on its own from powdersville to home. Fun! Never pushed the truck that hard for so long before. Time to rebuild the front end.

Some pics of Hatteras

Stairs are at Currituck lighthouse. Somehow both me and Jennifer neglected to take a picture of the actual lighthouse.
