Howdy!! Alex's and Eric's recent messages to me reminded me that I have not built out the ONSC Merchandise portion of the website yet. In thinking about it, building out the actual page is the easy part, it's determining what we have to sell that's the difficult part.

Here's what I'd like to sell on our site:
- ONSC Stickers ( postage price only )
- ONSC Business cards ( postage price only )
- Event t-shirts
- Glassware ( possibly? )
- Club T-Shirts ( to come )
- Any other stuff that the club wants to sell!

I have two asks for the people of ONSC:
1. If you have event t-shirts that you'd like to offload, take a picture of the front and back and send them to me, along with what sizes you have and how many of each size you have
2. If you have other suggestions for things to sell on the site, then let me know and we'll work it in

Thanks everyone for your help!

ONSC Warn winches (postage only)

How about these? (No photoskilz but you get the idea)

Onsc bottle openers..mountable to your vehicle, of course.

i like the huggie idea but for bottles so Ramon, Baldree and Myself can have them with our Ranger beer! no Caribbeaner clips

I already have shirts and glasses. and seriously, would love the other stuff too. Especially the mounted bottle opener.

Johnny I know someone that can make the can and bottle coozies.... let me check with her

In my opinion, the key decision is paying a fee to manage the inventory (aka - Cafe Press) or source out the items (much cheaper/better quality) but items must be managed by ONSC members.

I've found the items from Cafe Press not of the best quality and can easily be found for less. Yet, I'm still sitting on 3 cases of glasses that I found expensive and difficult to ship...

Thanks Al!

I agree that it'd be more overhead for a single person to manage everything, but if we had separate things with different people, with everything paid and managed separately, then the load would be split up. Managing would be difficult, but it would be possible I'd think.

As for shipping glassware, we could just figure that into the shipping cost:
1. Cost of box
2. Cost of wrapping paper and styrofoam
3. Cost of actual shipping

I would not mind managing everything if we don't want to go with the distributed model. I should have enough space at my house to store everything.

I'm a materials handler for the govt I got this. :)

Several years ago I lost my hat that said "my shaft's a woody". It would be great getting an ONSC hat to take its place. :bounce:

There are enough people that make their own beer in the club..... but selling in via a club website is a whole different story.

I agree with a good quality ONSC hat! I've always been a hat collector, even though I wear the same few all the time. This should be easy to get made up and at $15 bucks a pop, it should make the club some money and be good advertising. My .02!
