Shirts

Long sleeves with Land Cruiser going up the sleeve. Short sleeves with Land Cruiser at the bottom of the sleeve.

--john

I like the long sleeve design with land cruiser going up the sleeve, but we should put the logo on the back or ONSC or what about on the back we could do a combination of a 40, a 60, and to other series?

I like the design with our logo on the front and a larger print on the back.

I don't usually like long sleeve shirts, but with Land Cruiser down the sleeve, I'd likely pick one up!

I have some contacts in Kinston. Wife if too busy to head this up. I think somebody in Raleigh would be best since that is where most onscs are.

What about t-shirts with ONSC on the left chest and the logo on the back? Hats with logo or just ONSC? Just a suggestion

reminds me of my old marlin crawler shirt from back in the day. that white/grey cotton shirt with logo on front and large logo on back both in color.

So VistaPrint does all of the stuff I'd like to get done, but they're not cheap. Does anyone know of a local joint that does it?

I've seen a number of people with friends chime in but only Al has said that his contact can't do anything for us. Anyone else?

A quick search reveals a couple of places, but some personal experience with a business is preferred.

NC Logo Wear seems to have everything we want.

That would be badass. Who would we go through, ballistic?

hell no, have you ever ordered anything from ballistic!?!? any number of metal shops would do it. If you have the logo design (PDF even) the shops typically charge you for the material and roughly $100 per hour on the table (plasma/water/laser). in an hours time you can produce 100+ of these. My dads shop could do it but their tables aren't designed for high accuracy cuts like a small logo, it would be burly.

I asked around and my friends only have used places that do t-shirts and maybe koozies. Some of these places are close to where I work/live so I can always run by at lunch or something and check them out. Still asking around too to get some personal recs.

I've talked with Joanna about this over the weekend and reminded her that for the print stuff; Banners, trail magnets, and stickers, we use Jack Rabbit Signs off Glenwood. They've been great, short turnaround, and have all our logos in their system.

Same with embroidery (Toyota work shirts) and T-shirts for trips we've used Kimber at Imagescapes in Holly Springs/Cary area. Heather uses them for all the town's jackets, shirts and stuff. So we get a good deal. I can get their specifics for use later. Heather and I have already paid the $75 set up fee for the ONSC logo.

If you bring Kimber anything, you can get it embroided for $8. Beanies, bags shirst, jackets, whatever...

So, if we want to do a run, we should buy the shirts seperate. then get them screened or emboidered. Saves the middle man markup... I've tried to do this for trips in the past, however you need a good size estimate. Kimber also has issues getting 2XLT and 3XLT's in some colors, so we need to think about that for future trip shirts.

Just FYI...

That's the info I was looking for!!! Jeez man, where have you been, on a trip or something :p

I knew that we used Jack Rabbit signs for stickers and magnets. They don't do screen printing or coozies or anything though, hence the reason why we were shopping around for a second shop.

I'd love to have another batch of Toyota work shirts embroidered and sold through our site. Where did you get the shirts?

Now that we have a place, I've got to work on the design!

What would people like to have on the back of the shirt? Another logo? A slogan? I think the slogans are sweet, as long as the one we pick isn't too cliche.

Heather is going to get me the name of the tshirt and koozie place too I believe. Between all of their contacts, I think we could cover everything people want, we just need to order, store it and organize a way to ship it. Heather said she usually does shirts and can get the proper file done, she just needs design ideas. I've got room to keep stuff and ship it out and am a block from the post office and a shipping store at work so have easy access for that.

It's a real team effort then :D Just the way I like it. When we have a final list of what we're gonna sell, I'll put it up on the website so people can buy through there. We'll get the payments, with shipping info, via email, with payments deposited into our Paypal account. I'll then send out the order to you, with payment for shipping, so you can pack and send the orders out! Sound good?

Everyone, any ideas on what to put on the back of our shirts? I think a slogan would be sweet, we just have to decide on the slogan.
