Had a blast!! Thanks to @alk747triodad and Lydia for hosting us, and @Fort Knox for the Saturday night dinner. See everyone at the relic run!

Congrats to our new BOD members and I'm always here to help out if needed! My past two years could have been much more productive as a president, but Del will have us running like a fine oiled tactical machine in a few weeks!

Had a great time over the weekend! Thanks again to Kenny and Lydia, the cooks for breakfast, Allen for the smoker, and all the individual sides for the pot luck! Weather was perfect!

Had even more fun leaving on Sunday where my battery light came on after getting on the east side of Troy. Originally pulled over, but decided to stick with The Joneses and Andrew when they passed me on 27. Good thing I did because about 12 miles from Apex/Raleigh/Holly Springs on US 1 the LX470 died. The idler pulley decided to go, and then the serpentine belt, battery completely dead.

Jonathan drove home to retrieve his Tundra, towed me through traffic to the house (~20 miles), and everyone arrived safe and sound. I had previously bought a new belt, idler pulley and tensioner assembly to do the PM, but didn't realize the pulley was that shot. So, the partial PM of replacing the pulley and belt is complete and the truck is back up and running after being on the battery charger all night. Tensioner was still showing it had the proper tension, so that'll be a near future replacement when I do the timing belt PM.

Again, this is the reason why this club is so great! And why riding in a convoy is not just cool for the looks, but beneficial for the unexpected breakdown!

Really enjoyed this past weekend! Greatly enjoyed meeting everyone and your rigs. Thanks to Dave Rushing for getting me involved (and continuing to help me spend my $$ as he’s done for the last 20yrs or so)!
This was my second visit to the barn and I want to thank Kenny & Lydia for their hard work and hospitality!! I also officially joined the group on Saturday.

I didn't take a single picture but I saw a lot of phones out snapping shots. Post them up here.

Just for you Lumbee1. 😘

Well that was the intent but I’m not a graphic designer and therefor not sure if it can be made into a cool graphic. I will leave it to the experts Cortani, or James to let me know if we can make it work. If not. At least it is a great pic I think.

Another great time at the barn with our ONSC family.

Thanks everyone for all your help setting up and taking down but there is a few I have to give a shout out.

Big thanks to @GLTHFJ60 (JC), @Hokie LX (Chris) @SFROMAN (Del), Nathan, and @roflbox (Steven) for all the shoveling and wheel barrowing the new sand into the barn and around the fire pit. JC, Chris, and Nathan had the inside complete Friday in about 2 hours while Del and Steven knocked the rest out on Saturday morning. Thank you guys so much your hard work!

Thanks to @Fort Knox (Allen) for the delicious pork butts he cooked in his smoker. Allen worked his "butt" off through the night and Saturday cooking and spritzing the pork... and it was absolutely delicious.

C'mon Kenny! You know I'm (Chris) a Hokie! Hokie LX instead of NC LX

Happy to have helped get the barn floor squared away. Made a huge difference!
