With anything but the smallest kindling fires it will fry the jasmine more than the wood but detrimental to both over time. Id place it just outside the footprint of the arbor facing in. Maybe recycle some of those rocks in the background to set it on.

If you are going to lift a photo that I took of my truck from the net, spend a few moments stylizing it in Photoshop, and then make money off of it... At the very least you should not be calling yourself an artist. You did not even ask permission to use the photo. Or attempt to find out whose photo it was. Trust me it should have been pretty damn easy.

Haha I missed that completely.... still ordered on for my nephew though
You should cancel dude. Intellectual property theft by a big company is kind of a big deal. I wouldn't support any company that knowingly does it. I have a few pro photographer friends that are heavily involved in the litigation process for this type of stuff, they make a living with their work and to have someone just steal it and profit from it.... kinda BS

another one on the same site, probably lifted from someone's FB feed too.

The truck on the Logans Run shirt was lifted off the internet.

Blipshift does not create the work they sell they have people submit art and if it is something they think will sell they sell the design on their website.

blipshift | Awesome automotive apparel. One at a time for a limited time

This is pretty much what cafepress does but on cafepress you get more of the profits because they don't advertise the shirt like blipshift does.

They have no way of knowing where the art actual comes from as they can't comb everyones facebook feed or website on the planet. So if you are insinuating a blipshift employee or the company did this then you are wrong. Paperwork is signed by the one that submitted the art saying it is their intellectual property.

But at the same time I must remind everyone that putting any pictures on a public website makes them public domain.

That being said I hope that blipshift see's it and comes to some kind of agreement with Mark like giving the $$$ that would have gone to the person who submitted the art to him.

As for me canceling the order if it was for me I would. It's not its for my 3 year old nephew that already saw the picture of it and danced for 10 minutes about his "muddy truck" shirt. He does not have the grasp or understanding as to why I would cancel it at this time. I ordered it at 8 this morning over 4 hours before I posted it here and long before I was alerted to what Mark posted by Rick. If mark does have a huge problem with that though he can contact me on here or on facebook and i'll gladly pay him the price of the shirt also as that would be worth it to me than to ruin my nephews day.

Didn't realize that.

100% inaccurate.

Oh and no worries on the gift... I'm just saying in general. It doesn't appear that this guy is a pro photographer that they stole from. So it's still wrong, but it's not like they're cutting into his livelihood.

+1. Photographers put watermarks on their photos to discourage stealing, but posting a picture you took on the internet does not mean that you lose your rights to said work.

My comment was not about photographers and pictures that are part of a business sorry if it was interpreted that way.

It doesn't just apply to photographers or businesses. It's true for everyone.

Your opinion is one that's very very common though. So don't feel bad or the need to say sorry.

Made the switch.

I'm offended at your negativity to offending easily offended offenders of offensive posts.
