Okay, so like the title says, I got one more "does this fit", and "what do you think" post for you. I've finally decided to pull the trigger on new wheels and tires (I need to replace the stock 22" Dunflops anyway) and just want to be double sure it all fits and looks right and all that jazz. I could pretty much tell you anything about any wheel or tire for the 200, but I still haven't seen enough LX 600/700s or had mine long enough to not have to still ask questions.
Anyway, that being said, as generic and overused as they seem to be on so many Lexus' (Lexi?), I really like the Vossen HF6-4...don't laugh, I just think they look sweet. Also, since I'm not going to be doing anything too crazy, other than some light trails for the time being, I've decide to go with a 20" wheel. So what I'm looking at is the HF6-4 20" x 9.5" with a +30 offset. I'm most likely going with a 275/60/20 tire, probably going to try the Nitto Terra Grappler G3. I've had Ridge Grapplers, Recon Grapplers, BFG KO2s, and Duratracs in the past. I haven't ever tried the Toyo AT3s, but for what I'll be using it for right now, mostly on-road with some light trails on the weekends going camping, I think the G3s will be good, but I'd like to hear your opinion.
From what I've read and seen, that wheel and offset should fit fine, with the tire just coming to the edge of the wheel well, or just barely past it. It also looks like the 275 should fit with no trimming, but for those of you who went with a 285/60/20, how much trimming did you do? Are you able to ride around in "N," or do you keep it in H1? I'll most likely keep mine in H1, but I'd like to know that it won't rub too much in "N."
As much as I love bronze wheels, since mine is Atomic Silver, I think Matte Gunmetal is the way to go. But damn, if I had green or dark gray, I think bronze would look great. Anyway, I know that was long, but let me know what you think and if I'm missing something. Thanks! And here's a horribly photoshopped picture of what those wheels might look like on it for attention.
