The only thing that I can imagine needing compressed air for is tire inflation, so I carry one of these. Used it yesterday when my son had a slow leak and got stranded at school.

I used this one a couple times until the cigarette lighter attachment broke and it wouldn’t turn on. Returned it to amazon and bought the smitty built 5.65 compressor. I like the alligator claw battery attachments for durability and simplicity.

I’d love to have the convenience of on board air especially the ARB twin set up. For that last 2 years I have been running the Smitty built 5.65 compressor with excellent results. Super quick to fill up 33” tires from 15psi to 40psi. The included attachments are a little unique but work. It’s also on the bulky side and I haven’t figured Out a way to mount it in the engine compartment which would be ideal.
I've got this one too, but just sourced a twin to save space. If you keep the Smitty, a nice mod is to replace the fittings for better compatibility. Power wise, it has been fantastic, just a small pain for setup and space.

FWIW Ironman has this portable one for $150:

It is free right now along with the 25% off with suspension kit purchase.

The dual ARB puts out a ton of CFM. It's arguable whether it needs any tank?

I had looked into putting a tank in. You might be able to squeeze a small 1/2 gallon behind the rear tires in the space between the frame and bumper skin. Or build a DIY long pipe manifold tucked under the rocker/sliders.

For my use, I found it wasn't necessarily worthwhile as a small tank would only store about 10-20 seconds worth air or "work" from my compressors. Not really speeding up my fill all that much. Though there could be utility depending on what you want to do with it. I also found running enough large diameter airline between my quick connects at front and back, fill hose, and multi-tire inflator, that I have enough high pressure air to do some things that require a bolus of high volume.
Where/how did you mount your air quick connects? Have been wanting to move the one on the compressor to outside the 200.

Front, peaking out at hte opening near the battery position.
