OME Truck lift

Has anybody used this lift?

I'm guessing it's around 2 inches?

Would it be enough to fit 33s?

I am looking for a lift for driving gravel/dirt roads at speed rather than articulating on rocks.

2 would be plenty to fit 33's with a little fender modification up front. See the fitting 33's link in the FAQ thread.

Are you talking about the Trailmaster or Superlift, or another one?

Are they good lifts that would handle well on gravel?

And thanks for mentioning the 33 fitment in the FAQ, I had not seen that.

If speed on gravel roads is your goal, I wouldnt go for 4". I know, I`ve tried both 2" and 4". Do the 2" lift and mount a strengthening between the rear ifs mounts. I used to run a 2" setup with 37s...

Stregthening the IFS mounts...

Do you mean welding in a piece of metal between the two mounts?

Total Chaos makes one, it's only about 35$. I'm very pleased with mine, you can still remove the diff without issues. I would post a pic but all of my access here is from work.

Those OME springs ride really nice. I had a set on my FJ-40 years ago.
