OME Suspension for 2004 LC

I am confused - the ARB website lists the amount of lift for the OME suspension (light to medium) for a 2004 LC at .25 of an inch. But, from my research it appears most LCs after having the suspension installed have a 2 inch lift. Why the different numbers?
