Before I order from Slee, just seeing if anyone has had a good experience with an AZ retailer for getting a lift. Maybe save on shipping?

just remember - anything you buy in AZ you pay about 8% for the privelage. If you order out of state, you pay shipping - or not - and no tax. Take lcwizard up on his offer if you can wait.

Lcwizard,
Any plans for an 80 rear carrier?
I met you several years ago I drove down to the valley from Prescott & you built a seat frame for my 40.
I had installed the first long range under seat tank, before anyone knew that they didn't drop in.
I also came down and picked up a rear carrier for my 40 before you moved out to Globe.
I traded my 40 for an 80 and am looking at a Kaymar rear bumper but would be interested if you had something i the works.
Thanks!

I deliver to Man-A-Fre once a month and come back with an empty trailer. Anything you want me to bring back would be free shipping. Just let them salesman know. they'll load me up when I get there. You can mail me at lcwizard@man-a-fre .com.

So since you know the guy that builds the FJ40 rear hi-clearance bumper ;) can I pick one up "at the source" after I pay Man-A-Fre?

pbr streetgang,

I spoke to Dave and he has plans to make the 4+Plus Rear 80 Series bumper soon. He is waiting on his new brake machine for his shop. He will be out of town in the next 4 days. You can email him directly at lcwizard@man-a-fre.com

sorry i don't check these threads more often, but anyone in the club can deal with me direct. the shop # is 928-473-8225. It's noisy in the shop so don't give up if there's no answer. I'll be hiking the grand canyon the 9th thru the 12th so noone will be around.
I will be reviving the 80 rear project as soon as some new tooling i've ordered arrives. sometime in december. Realistic date for any product would be january. As i told members before, feel free to contact me for raffle donations when you hold events. I'll do what i can to support thr club

Wow, I do like the look of those rear bumpers. Do they actually need the truck for several weeks as noted in that "here" link above? Can someone post or PM me a price on that unit?
