OME extra front leaf question

I want to add an extra leaf (aka add a leaf to my old school OME light front spring pack. Question is, which part number is for the LONG add a leaf vs. the short add a leaf? OME 11XL or OME 110XL ?
I want to avoid the short extra leaf as I have read the long one rides much better. Want to make sure I get the right one, as there is a mudder selling a set.
Also, what else should I replace while I am in there so to speak. the lift has been on for about 10 years, so I might as well replace bushings and isolators maybe?

Going to all that trouble - 10 year old springs - I installed new soft ride OME and added one long leaf from the old pack to compensate for Safari bumper and 9500ti Warn winch weight. Rides great now.

Call ARBUSA directly. Tell them what you have and what you want. I had an issue with my OMe and they helped a lot.
