Old style FJ4x running boards - '61 to'64ish (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I am looking for a set of the old style running boards that have the metal surround with screws and a separate center section for the tread. Does anyone have a set they would like to sell or trade.

I don't have any but there are two styles. The early one came in a short variety and a long. '65 and up I believe are the long style with the metal surround. Foxfab has the white tread material if you want to restore them.

Thanks Mike. I'm looking for the long boards. So, the white tread material is a stock color?

Jason - you speak the truth. With some luck I'll be able to find a good one within the next 1-2 years. Heck, I'll probably buy yours.

You don't want Jason's! He doesn't even have floors.

The white is the stock color. They used the same material for the floormats in LVs but it also came in black.

Does Foxman offer them in black? I'll drop him a line, although actually finding a set of the boards first seems logical.

Maybe we should call Jason Fred Flintstone. It would make Wilma feel at home.
