Oil Pressure Gauge

Should it go up and down?

When I stop it drops below half way, then goes up once I hit the gas...

I let my Dad borrow it, long story short, a flat tire, check engine light on once I got it back.

I am just checking it over.

I changed the oil, so the light went off. Put I noticed the gauge. Maybe I forgot it does that, but just checking.

I've never noticed in mine, but I do recall on previous vehicles that this was fairly normal.

yup, it goes up and down, when idling its 1/2 to 1/3, when RPMs are up, its 1/2-3/4

I am just a little upset, from the weekend, I know have a jack broke, and big hole in one of my new 305 tires.

You ended up with 305s? Cool. How do you like them? Do you get a little rub?

Yes I went with 305's, a buddy owns a tire shop. He got these in. They had 90% tread.

No rubbing, even flexing, except hard turn and compress of front.
