Oil leak.

Can anyone help with oil leaking from this area. See photo. Seems like plug or bolt is missing.

In Second picture when I press on pan near closest hole oil presses out of seams. Not really sure what part of drive train this is. New to the fj's. Manual doesn't have good diagram. Need to get better one.
 
Looks like that may be the clutch inspection cover? If so, you may want to take it off and take a look what the clutch areablooks like, see if the front side of tje flywheel has any oil on it.
 
The first picture shows your clutch cover, the tell tale hole is to alert you of an oil leak in the rear main seal.

A plug won't solve that problem.
 
Here's a bad picture of the rear main seal on my '78.

In order to gain access to the rear main seal the transmission and clutch must be removed.
