Find a new oil leak in the timing cover(?) or/and the crank pulley(?)
Oil accumulating here:

some oil drops on the timing gasket:

didn't see oil on the back side of the pulley:

Some oil on the bottom of the timing (not at the gasket area):

The crank pulley nut looks nice "lubricated" :

I didn't observe the pulley wobbling
Question: 1. how does oil come to the nut threads?
2. How to fix it? (Just replace the timing cover seal and gasket?)
