Does it not blow or just blows one speed? Just replaced a resistor in my Chevy van when the four speeds became only one. Not sure if the 80/LX method is the same.

Its not the resistor, I have checked it and it is working properly. The control unit sometimes has 12v coming out and sometimes doesnt. Guessing something inside it is damaged... I will find one somewhere i guess.

Does anyone have any 1" to 1.5" wheel spacers for sale? A set of 4 on ebay is $100 but I was looking for something more affordable.

I have a 1.25 set .

Thinking about going with a different front bumper for the 80. What's a fair price for an ARB winch bumper?

More affordable than $100?

At 1-1.5" of spacing, the spacers have to have integrated lugs and short lug nuts for the inside lugs. $100 for a set of 4 sounds like a good deal to me!

In any case, wheel spacers are a critical drivetrain component when used. This is not somewhere you should be looking to skimp on quality FWIW.

100% agreed go with quality here or watch you tire and wheel as it rolls away from your truck

I have the same question since my ARB is non-winch model. I'm sure I'm gonna need a winch ONE of these days. :hillbilly:

I have modded a few non winch ARB bumpers to be winch bumpers. Pretty easy really.

I have a 4 speed transmission and bellhousing for sale, don't know what year and when I got it, the PO said he thought is was in good running condition when he got it. $89 or best offer. I'm in Pittsboro but work in Greensboro so pickup can be in either place.

What does the bell housing say on top of it ? Does the transmission have an extra extension on it that has no gears in it at the rear ?

Couldn't find anything on the top of the bell housing but here's some pics to help I hope.

I picked up four for less than $100 and good quality ;)

When it comes to wheel spacers, there are two types: steel and aluminum. Steel spacers are a little harder to find and not very popular while aluminum spacers are available everywhere. Aluminum spacers are all machined 6061 alloy with pressed lugs and the only differences between one or the other are the prices. They probably all come from the same factory in China. Several ebay vendors claim they have forged aluminum spacers which would be stronger but their price is the same as everyone else's cast spacers so I doubt they are forged.

I lot of folks on Mud like Spidertrax spacers but the only thing that makes them unique is the blue anodizing which in theory provides a tougher skin for the aluminum.

FYI, the same is true for tungsten carbide rings. They cost anywhere from $15 on Amazon to $400 at a jewelry store. They are the same ring and same design.

1976 FJ40 Hard top and ambulance doors

I am selling my nice hard top and rear doors they are off of a 1976 FJ40

The hard top is in really great condition no rust but they did paint the fiberglass top. All hardware is stainless steel and will include weather stripping for the windshield frame.

Ambulance doors are in great shape all OEM hardware and no major dent or dings. The driver side door has a little rust starting to form but other than that they are in great shape.

Not sure of what the pricing should be so I am putting $2000.00 for everything and I am willing to negotiate on the pricing. I would also be willing to do partial trade
